Anglophilia: an Anglophile is a person who is fond of English culture and England in general

Aka, me. I’m frantically doing research for my pop culture paper on Life on Mars, and the other night I decided watching episodes of the original British version would be a good idea. And I can barely focus on the plot because I’m obsessed with the way they talk. It’s not just the accent, it’s the whole vocabulary and way of phrasing things.
Luckily there is apparently a name for my condition.
